Bentley Home – New Collection Preview – September 20114. The Bentley Home Collection expresses elegance, advanced design and an unmistakable style that perfectly straddles the boundary between tradition and modernity. The furniture is inspired by the charm of the British gentleman behind the wheel of his Bentley, the result of skilled work in keeping with the best Italian tradition, making for an evocative, timeless mood. It is the unmistakable style of Bentley Home, where luxury and charm are in perfect equilibrium as they re-create refined atmospheres. The collection is a synthesis between aesthetic sensitivity and a keen eye for detail, in which noble materials, like briar root and leathers, are used in highly expressive furnishings.
President Writting Desk – Design Carlo Colombo
Unique and evocative design for the president’s office table defined by full, harmonious proportions. The aerodynamic style of the silhouette is an exact reference of the world of automobiles, in the movement of full and curvy volumes of the structure, entirely covered in valuable light coloured leather. This architecture can furnish managerial workspaces with the practicality of the exclusive Kensington container furniture. Made in matching leather with drawers and two-faced openings, its doors have an iconic quilted rhombus pattern, the same found inside Bentleys.
Bull Armchair – Design Carlo Colombo
The Bull armchair’s contours are all modern and contemporary shapes. A new design emphasised by the imposing silhouette of the suspended armrests that expand into two comfy extremities. With enveloping and precious details, it is entirely covered in highly valuable leather with matching trimming and an outer structure quilted with rhombuses.
Kepi Coffee Table – Design Carlo Colombo
The Kepi coffee table Kepi interprets the detailing of the dashboard of a Bentley by overlapping different cylindrical elements. Thus emerges a piece with great rationality, the expression of a play on volumes, signs and uniqueness, with a particular perspective from the micro (in a car dashboard) to the macro (in a piece of furniture). It is shown in different heights with the structure covered in leather and top in briar root or leather.
