Disgorged: 2014
Grape variety: 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc
Vineyard location: Ome – altitude 350m a.l.m.
Rodengo Saiano – altitude 250 m a.l.m.
Gussago – altitude 200 m s.l.m.

Soil: chalk – marlstone rich in clay
Training system: Guyot and Spurred Cordon
Planting pattern: 2 m x 0,8 m – 6.000 vines for hectare
Yield: 100 quintals for hectare – 70 hl/ha
Vinification: The selected grapes are picked by hand, put into 18 Kg sases, and refrigerated at 5°C for 12 hrs. Then the grapes are soft pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing: In stainless steel tanks for 7 months before bottle fermentation. The “Tiraggio” is performed in April, then the wine ages on the lees for 24/26 months before disgorging.

Total acidity: 6,60 g/l (tartaric acid)
Residual sugar: 8,20 g/l

Color: Pale yellow, perlage fine and persistent
Bouquet: Elegant and seductive, stand out varietal of white flowers, acacia, golden apple and honey
Taste: Soft and velvety , with a lingering aftertaste and harmonic
Bottle size: 0,75 l – 1,5 l – 3,0 l – 6,0 l
